In truth, what is the soul? Imagine an ocean, a vast sea stretching as far as the eye can see, without beginning or end, an eternal spring filled with pure, completely salty water. Now, take any ordinary bottle, regardless of its size, color, or style—visualize it however you like—and imagine filling it to the brim and taking it home.
Those who see this bottle of slightly cloudy water, with a beige, sandy bottom, will ask: “But what is in this bottle?” You will tell them: “Why, it’s obvious, it’s the ocean…” And they will reply: “I only see water in this bottle!” Since they can neither hear the waves nor taste the salt, how could they possibly imagine that it is the still-intact vibration of the sea present in this bottle?
The same is true of the soul: it originates from a divine ocean of infinite love. It is inhabited by the same vibration, the same light. This is precisely what the master Jesus meant when he affirmed to each and every one of us: “You are the salt of the earth”: within you lies the original source of all life, the divine, pure, and celestial energy emanating from the Great All from which you came and to which you will inevitably return one day.
But most of us have forgotten who we truly are. Over the centuries, we’ve come to see only the humble “water bottle” (our body) that we perceive with our five senses, and we no longer feel the inner “waves” swollen with love that still stir deep within us (our divine connection)! Worse still, we look at the “containers” of others, their appearance, their differences, and we allow ourselves to judge this shell, this envelope… sometimes even questioning everything that lies inside!
Because rain has sometimes fallen into this pitcher, on our heads, in our lives, we have come to believe that the salt water has been diluted: that our personality must have tinted, disturbed, diluted our divine essence and/or that of others.
We dream of the sea (and of Mother Earth), we yearn to return to it, and sometimes we seek the best ways to achieve this. Through prayer, meditation, and other spiritual practices, we strive to raise our vibrations to escape beyond the “glass walls,” to plunge back into, or even disappear into, the ocean of love of the infinite cosmos… While the vagaries of life, other people, and often our loved ones, make us “fall back” into our small, limited, and sometimes even suffocating three-dimensional container!
So, sometimes we judge them, resent them for it. We consider them not spiritually advanced enough, and choose to distance ourselves from them so as not to be affected by their negativity and pessimism…
What if, on the contrary, they were offering us the most beautiful gift of all? What if their soul, their own ocean of inner love, were urging them to cling to us, to bring us back to the material world, for a good reason?
Could it be, in reality, that our ultimate challenge is not to rise towards the light, towards the ocean of divine love from which we come, but rather to realize that this bottle, this container, this physical shell that seems to “imprison” us is in fact only an illusion and that it does not alter the purity of our soul in any way?
That we are not simply a “container of salt water”, but, on the contrary, that we have preserved all the properties, all the qualities and virtues of this eternal ocean still present within ourselves and, dare we say, also present outside of ourselves… since there is no difference between us and the other, between “them” and “us”?
Imagine that we are all drops of salt water, luminous cosmic particles, mixing, intertwining, merging, only to subdivide again with each incarnation. A bit like if, at the moment of your death, your bottle returned to dissolve in the sea… until benevolent beings came back to capture you in a new container! Do you believe they would manage to find each drop, each cell that defines you, to reassemble only the same unique particles that pertain to you personally?
From all eternity, we are all, and always have been, intrinsically part of the same ocean of celestial love. Here and now, we all bathe in the same light, and our souls are imbued with the same divine essence. There is no distinction between us and one another: we are all divine brothers and sisters, regardless of whether we are human, angelic, extraterrestrial, or otherwise. We are all ONE in this ever-shifting, universal cosmic ocean, regardless of our appearance, where we are, or how we think we are evolving within the “vessel” that has been assigned to us.
In fact, regardless of our “degree of enlightenment” or our “vibrational level,” as long as we perceive the limits of our physical body as a boundary that distinguishes and separates us from one another, we will remain “imprisoned” in our small glass container. We will continue to search for ways to escape this pseudo-duality that oppresses us… rather than simply “going with the flow” and merging with all that lives within and around us, to become ONE again with the eternal ocean that vibrates in every fiber of our being!
What if the most wonderful mission you could give yourself here on Earth was to make all your living cells vibrate to the rhythm of the infinite cosmos? What if you no longer sought to fly to the heavens, but rather to embody God’s love here on Earth? Imagine that each of your gestures, your words, your thoughts, and your intentions are imbued with this profound certainty that everything is already here, within you: that your soul vibrates in harmony with the universe and that your tiny bottle of salt water actually contains the entire ocean!
What if, until now, you had been content to see life through a “glass container”—a pane of glass, the bottom of a bottle—so thick that it distorts objects, people, and the reality around you? What if your five senses could not measure the true extent of your own light energy or that of your loved ones, just as one cannot assess the vastness of a sea when immersed in it?
What difference would it make in your life if you considered, even for a moment, that you are both the ocean and all the drops of water that compose it? That you are both human and divine, like each person, visible and invisible, who crosses your path? What change would this bring to your existence? How would your perception of others be transformed?
What if you let the divine dwell within your soul instead of trying to be equal to God? What if you let yourself be cradled by the waves of celestial love that surge through you at every moment instead of fighting against your ego? What if you allowed yourself to radiate joy in the lightness of being instead of subjecting yourself to demanding and supposedly “transcendent” practices?
Be the change you wish to see in the world! Just as waves rise from the depths of the ocean to crash onto the shore and reshape the coastline with the tides, let the universal divine power rise within you so that it surges into your life and transforms not only your own existence but also the lives of all those you love… who are a reflection of yourself, since you are so alike… like two peas in a pod!
The Foundations
THE SIMPLE JOURNEY OF INFORMATION
The old adage that “what is not expressed is repressed” teaches us that past wounds, repressed emotions, resentments, and unresolved conflicts are at the root of many of the problems and health issues we face today. What if we were invited to consider the difficulties of daily life, as well as the discomforts of our bodies, not as an “attack” against us, but rather as a “blockage” preventing information from simply passing through and being assimilated by our brains? Here’s what actually happens within us each time a major event disrupts our inner harmony:

1- PRESSURE: The initial shock
Initially, a triggering stress occurs, the “initial shock”: whether it’s an unexpected event, bad news, a conflict, or a hurtful word. Disoriented, you first try to deny reality: “It can’t be! It’s impossible! This can’t be happening to me!” Rather than accepting this new information, the brain rejects it, denies it, or “hides” it in some forgotten corner of consciousness, so that it can continue with other aspects of life as normal.
Sometimes, we consciously continue to “juggle” the situation, trying to find meaning in it or find a solution. More often, however, we strive to “shift our attention elsewhere,” to “think about something else,” and to ignore what might “hurt” us.
It’s a perfectly normal reaction: who would deliberately choose to rub salt in the wound, to suffer needlessly? “If I can’t do anything about it, why worry?” If that were the case, if we could completely disregard everything that harms our well-being, it would be truly amazing. In reality, our minds continue to be affected and even disturbed by what troubles us.
2- REPRESSION: Minor inconveniences
We may not realize it, but it’s as if we were a computer trying to “run” several programs at once. We continue to “act as if nothing is wrong,” “busy with other things,” but inside, our “processor” is working very hard, stubbornly wondering: “Oh dear! What on earth can I do with this?”
Over time, this takes up more and more space in our minds. Our brain, preoccupied with figuring out how to integrate this information, could well become increasingly distracted. This is the second stage: attention deficit! These small moments of distraction give rise to a number of unpleasant situations: we cut ourselves on a piece of paper, we stub our toe on a piece of furniture, we burn ourselves with a match…
But since these are “things that happen,” we don’t pay attention to them, forgetting these little troubles as quickly as they appeared.
3- PRINTING: The reminder of the rules
After a few days, this ignored unease begins to leave its mark, imprinting itself on our brain. Disturbed, our brain desperately wants to stop and focus our attention on what lies dormant within us (the pain, the dissatisfaction, the feeling of powerlessness…). We may then see more troubling events occur in our lives: having a minor car accident, losing cherished possessions, or neglecting to repair a leaky faucet, only to have our kitchen flooded “inadvertently”…
Here again, we always have a choice: to take the time to look inward and ask ourselves what is wrong with us, or to maintain our attention on what is happening “outside” of us… and continue on our way as if it were all just the result of chance.
4- COMPRESSION: Minor emergencies
Frustrated by our avoidance, that’s when our brain starts to “boil with impatience.” It now sends us a warning cry: “Hey, there’s something you haven’t ‘digested’ in your life yet, a state of mind you haven’t taken the time to acknowledge, a feeling you haven’t given the attention it deserves! You’re going to end up STOPPING for a bit and taking the time to think about it, whether you want to or not!”
Here we are, plunged into the heart of the fourth stage of this unresolved information’s journey. Our unconscious, too busy juggling what troubles us, puts some of our basic functions on standby. Our immune system weakens, our internal organs slow down, and old aches and pains reappear. We have unwittingly allowed ourselves to be invaded by these disturbing thoughts, making us more vulnerable to the viruses and bacteria that proliferate around us.
This is the time when we “catch” the flu, gastroenteritis; we dislocate a shoulder; we develop an allergic reaction, a terrible migraine, etc.
Oh, of course, it’s always possible to suppress these symptoms, to pretend they have no connection to reality and make them disappear with medication or effective treatments… But could it be like cleaning by simply “sweeping the dust under the rug”? If the dust makes a big bump, you flatten it with the back of your foot… when in reality, it’s just resurfacing somewhere else.
5- OPPRESSION: The most serious forms of distress
Indeed, after a few weeks, if the conflict remains unresolved, certain areas of the brain begin to die. The area normally supplied by the brain is no longer supplied because the brain is now unable to perform its usual functions: all of its attention is focused on trying to manage the extreme internal tension to which it is subjected.
When the energy supply from the brain no longer reaches a particular organ or system, the latter will suffer, leading to uncontrollable crises (asthma, eczema, arthritis, angina…) or degenerative diseases (diabetes, multiple sclerosis, Parkinson’s…).
6- DEPRESSION: General exhaustion
After two or three months, other intermittent ailments, each more unpleasant than the last, will be added to the previous ones: insomnia, nausea, dizziness, tinnitus, internal tremors, uncontrollable sobbing…
Because the neurosensory system has been overstimulated for too long, the vital energy of the entire metabolism decreases considerably, hence the appearance of these symptoms of extreme fatigue, depression or exhaustion.
The situation is getting considerably worse, since now the whole system is affected and the brain can no longer regain control: it can no longer go around in circles.
7- DELETION: The questioning of survival
Finally, if, despite all the warnings given by the body, the problem is still not resolved, then the very survival of the individual is threatened.
This is the final stage: SUPPRESSION. The pressure has wreaked such havoc within us that the brain can no longer function at all: it is forced to admit defeat. The unresolved conflict eventually crystallizes somewhere in our body (in the form of an aneurysm, tumors, or other ailments), endangering our lives and sometimes irrevocably sealing our fate…
8- EXPRESSION: The best solution
Imagine that initially, when the destabilizing event occurred, you had the opportunity to express, as it unfolded, the effects this unsettling news was having on you. Imagine that there was someone by your side with whom you could share your fears and anxieties…
Can you see how everything could have turned out differently, simply by approaching the situation with more perspective or detachment? By realizing that the trigger was merely the “straw that broke the camel’s back,” you will be able to put things into context, knowing that just because we “got a flat tire” on our car doesn’t mean our “engine is beyond repair”!
It is possible to overcome the stress inherent in a major disruption, regardless of the path it has taken within you: you simply need to admit that you have “seen worse” and that, until now, you have always managed to extricate yourself from a difficult situation without losing your life. The proof? You’re still here, aren’t you?
TO WELCOME OURSELVES RATHER THAN REACT
Therefore, if you allow yourself time to step back when an inner turmoil assails you, there is a good chance that you will be able to distinguish, through events in your life, the challenges that your soul invites you to overcome to help you recognize yourself and healthily balance all the dimensions present within yourself.
This doesn’t mean we shouldn’t treat ailments when they appear or take the time to alleviate the symptoms that affect us. However, medications, various treatments, or natural remedies shouldn’t be seen as the only way to get better or the exclusive path to healing, but rather as TOOLS, crutches to lean on while we regain our composure and restore peace with the parts of ourselves we’ve somewhat “neglected” for a while.
But ideally, wouldn’t it be wonderful to be able to regularly set aside time to look inward and gently examine what lies behind a particular health problem and resolve it BEFORE it degenerates into a more serious condition?

The exterior reflects the interior
What do all these examples have in common: frankness, deception, speaking out? They all operate in our minds, even though we feel them in our bodies! Could it be that the answer to our problems – just like their cause – lies not in the circumstances surrounding them (which are, let’s remember, only “triggers”) or in the search for external solutions, but rather within ourselves, in reflection and internalization?
Obviously, when experiencing physical pain, it is not easy, nor even sufficient, to tell your body that it is deluding itself… Yet, you will notice that the more stressed you are, the more pressure you feel and the more you have exhausted your reserves, the stronger the pain is.
What if this were the very mechanism at work in all forms of suffering? For what matters is not the trigger or the moment the suffering appears, but everything that came before, how we treated ourselves and what we inflicted upon ourselves. Hence the idea of ” sweet illusion ” and ” bad illusion .” To delude oneself is to believe that a specific event generates pain within us, that our inner turmoil is caused exclusively by a particular problem, or even that it is the person with whom we are in conflict who is hurting us…
Every situation “outside our control” offers us opportunities to express the discomfort we have long repressed. Every new concern is an invitation to look inside ourselves, to discern what truly lies behind the “apparent” suffering.
Life, events, situations, other people –
in short, everything that happens outside of me – is just an echo of my inner
voice that I don’t listen to !
If I’m honest with myself, dare I ask what my soul has to tell me? After all, the word “illness” also evokes ” the soul has spoken “: perhaps it is the soul that makes the illness speak? And what if I only had to listen to it… for healing to occur on its own?
The Tools
LISTEN TO OUR INNER VOICE
If you aspire to understand what your Soul is trying to tell you in the secret of your heart, while developing the ability to listen to that little inner voice that is your intuition, every situation in your life will allow you to explore the resources of your subconscious and discover the Messages of your Soul.
This is expressed at every moment through:
– The “ signs ,” significant events, and recurring situations in your life
– Your relationships with others, whether friendly, close, conflictual, or even toxic
– Your feelings related to your environment: nature, animals, sacred places, your living space, etc.
– The images and symbols present in your dreams, as well as the hidden meaning of the words you use (the language of birds)
– The interpretation tools available to you daily (oracle cards, pendulum, books, songs, films, etc.)
– And much more…
PRACTICE LISTENING “DIFFERENTLY”
Here is a short practical exercise that will help you become aware of how your Soul communicates with you in subtle ways. Simply let yourself be guided by your inner voice, which already holds all the solutions you desire at any given moment. For your intuition to fully reveal itself, it is important to read the following instructions ONE AT A TIME, making sure to complete each step BEFORE moving on to the next.
The song of his soul
Take a pencil and a blank sheet of paper, then take a few moments to get comfortable and turn inward by taking three deep abdominal breaths.
First, let a song rise within you, the first one that comes to mind. It could be a song you particularly like, one you heard recently on the radio, or even one that dates back to your childhood… when you used to sing in the shower!
Take a few minutes to hum this song aloud or silently. Try to remember the chorus and the various verses. Do you remember the lyrics? If so, jot down a few words and/or phrases that come to mind.
Next, write down what touches you about this song, what it makes you feel and the emotions it evokes in you… all while remaining attuned to the melody within yourself.
For the second step of the exercise, in a completely different vein, think about a situation that has recently affected you: an event that upset you, a problem that worries you, an interpersonal conflict that afflicts you, a worry that gnaws at you, or something else…
Now describe the nature of your concerns: What would be the trigger? Who are the people involved? What did it make me (or me) experience? Where am I with all of this today?
When you have “explored the issue,” you are invited to breathe deeply again to connect with your Soul, with the part of you that holds all the solutions and answers you need here and now.
Your intuition, deep within your being, KNOWS that you have already navigated similar circumstances in the past or in one of your past lives and that you undoubtedly overcame this challenge… That is why your subconscious has already anticipated your request and offered you one or more avenues for reflection… to help you find inner peace. What are they? They are expressed through the lyrics of the song that was inspired by your Divine Essence…
Take the time to reread the few lines written from the start, in the light of this dynamic affirmation: my Soul and the Multidimensionality of my Being highlights the most beneficial solutions for all and the positive attitudes that I would be well advised to adopt at the heart of this situation which is important to me.
Remain open and receptive, both in heart and mind, so that it will be easier for you to connect the themes addressed in the song you have chosen with the situation you have described. If needed, to help you decipher the hidden meaning of the lyrics or clarify the symbols evoked in the song, it is suggested that you ask for the opinion of a close friend or family member who, not being directly involved, will likely have a clearer perspective and be able to trust their intuition.
Finally, if you wish, write down the conclusions you have drawn from this experience and keep them close at hand to draw inspiration from if another “challenge” of the same kind arises again in your life…
You can repeat this exercise at will, whenever you need to clarify a particular situation or problem… You always have access to the multiple dimensions of your Being: you simply need to put yourself in the right frame of mind…
Similarly, if a song gets stuck in your head for a while, take a moment to consider the lyrics and ask yourself what they’re trying to tell you, especially if the song in question isn’t the one that just came on the radio. Because in that case, it’s quite possible that your subconscious is trying to send you a message about what you’re currently experiencing…
To go further…
