Has your life been marked by suffering and difficulties since your early childhood? Do you feel constantly surrounded by angry or difficult people? Have you often been made to feel worthless or that life wasn’t worth living?

If you grew up in an atmosphere rife with violence and repression, it’s because you chose to be part of the Builders’ Family. You are among those wise and luminous “old souls” who found the courage to come and “peacefully bear witness” within a troubled family that it is possible to overcome adversity and do things differently. But above all, you came to teach them that, regardless of the abuse suffered or the torment endured, our soul always remains pure and inviolable! You have taken it upon yourselves to demonstrate that the Light is always present within everyone, regardless of their past or actions, and that all it takes is self-belief for it to be revealed in all its splendor!

Your Incarnation Contract  :

You came to Earth to OPEN THE WAY, BREAK WITH THE PAST and BUILD THE NEW WORLD.

Your current life challenge is to  :

Dare to assert yourself, take your place and play a leading role in family, social, territorial and/or planetary changes.

It is to develop your courage, your determination and your leadership spirit that your soul deliberately decided to be born into an earthly family with rather heavy transgenerational history and where, from childhood, you did everything possible to try to neutralize the imbalances of this family lineage, in order to help them break with the past and rebuild on new foundations.

And even if you sometimes feel like you haven’t succeeded, you KNOW that your life proves you wrong: you’re still here, standing tall, having weathered every storm, demonstrating that the power within you is greater than anything else. And the more faith you have in yourself, the more convinced you are that you deserve the best, the more life supports you in that endeavor!

Your greatest strength is your connection to the Earth. You have an easy way of grounding yourself, possess unwavering dynamism, and have an extraordinary life force. Furthermore, even if you sometimes hesitate to fully embody your being, you have a remarkable ability to manifest abundance and attract the perfect situations to experience your predisposition for entrepreneurship more and more each day.

The qualities and virtues that you would be wise to recognize in yourself and develop on a daily basis  :

Self-confidence,  strength,  courage,  leadership, endurance,  perseverance,  stability,  dynamism  and the ability to  materialize  one’s goals… by getting involved concretely in your living environment as  a peacemaker,  reconciler  or, more simply,  a procreator  (that is, by contributing to the best of your ability to the birth of a couple, a child, a project, etc.).

Heads and tails: EXECUTIONER versus BUILDER…

If you don’t dare to openly express your anger, chances are you won’t be able to make room for the PERSECUTOR within yourself. Consequently, you prevent yourself from benefiting from the virtues of the BUILDERS soul family, and therefore, you may experience some difficulty in meeting your basic needs, believing in your inner potential, and bringing your dream projects to fruition.

If, on the other hand, you are a good BUILDER, you know how to use your natural leadership charisma, relying on your strength of character to contribute to building a better world. However, you are also vulnerable to frustration and anger, and when things don’t go your way, you risk becoming a BUILDER, using control or, if necessary, your physical strength to force others to give you energy. This is why the energy field of both the BUILDER and the BUILDER shares the same geometric shape: the TRIANGLE.

This allows you to refocus and harmonize  :

Whether you are “too” of a BURDENER or “not enough” of a BUILDER, the means available to help you rebalance yourself are the same:

By reconnecting with your Soul Family through your ruling chakra, the 2nd ^–  SACRAL, you allow yourself to install and/or reactivate within yourself all the QUALITIES AND VIRTUES characteristic of the members of this most dynamic family!

The colors RED and ORANGE can also help rebalance or revitalize your overall energy, so you would benefit from surrounding yourself with objects and wearing clothes in these colors, while the element “EARTH” provides a vibration of support and encouragement in recognizing WHO you truly are. This is also why the shape of their cocoon of Light is that of an equilateral TRIANGLE, illustrating the strength drawn from the EARTH, from GROUNDING, and from INCARNATION.

The patriarch of the BUILDERS family is Archangel Uriel. Because he is connected to the PHYSICAL dimension of your Being, it is appropriate to invoke him for all your problems related to INCARNATION or GROUNDING, as well as all your material or financial concerns. He invites you to take care of yourself, take your place, use the right means to achieve your goals, and do everything necessary to maintain your vital energy level.

PHYSICAL dimension = SURVIVAL INSTINCT  :

Since the PHYSICAL BODY is governed by the INSTINCT for survival, it goes without saying that you are obliged to devote at least 40% of your daily time to meeting your essential and existential needs: health, food, sleep, hygiene, material security, personal and professional development, etc.

However, it is by the certainty of being well balanced in terms of INCARNATION and ROOTING that you can measure the stability of this dimension on an energetic and vibrational level.

The healthcare options that are most beneficial to you are  :

• From a nutritional point of view:  PROTEINS (animal: meats, eggs, fish; vegetable: tofu, seitan, legumes) and ROOT VEGETABLES (all those that grow underground, therefore helping you to become grounded: potatoes, carrots, turnips, beets, etc.)
• From a therapeutic point of view:  The most suitable tools to restore your energy when it is low are of course GROUNDING exercises, such as physical exercise, sports activities, martial arts and yoga, in short, anything that puts your BODY in motion; but also anything that involves the participation of the physical body: MASSAGE, OSTEOPATHY, KINESIOLOGY, etc.
• In music therapy:  PERCUSSION INSTRUMENTS, the sound “O” or “OM” (OM is not just a spiritual mantra, it is a powerful vibratory sound that roots vital energy and awakens sacred sexual energy, “Kundalini”, by specifically aligning the first two chakras).

The spiritual gifts that are just waiting to be awakened within you  :

The BUILDERS are associated with the PHYSICAL dimension of Being. They can thus easily intervene on the material plane to: attract abundance and wealth (MATERIALIZATION), realize their objectives, dreams and projects (MANIFESTATION), move objects by their simple will (TELEKINESIS), and even, act on matter and on their own body which they can, ultimately, move in space and time (TELEPORTATION).

In fact, BUILDERS make excellent ALCHEMISTS, for they have the ability to command the Forces of Nature and the Universe. Let us remember that they are the ones who, according to their incarnation contract, “OPEN THE WAY, BREAK with the past, and BUILD the New World.” They are, in short, the GUARDIANS OF THE EARTH.

Summary  :

To help you determine if you are well-grounded and embodied, here are some questions you can ask yourself:

• Do I feel good in my body?
• Can I say that I enjoy perfect health?
• Do I feel fulfilled materially and professionally?
• Am I happy to be alive?
• Do I feel free to live my life as I see fit?

If you did not answer YES to each of these questions, there is a good chance that your second chakra – SACRAL – is not functioning at full capacity and that the PHYSICAL dimension of your Being requires that you take care of yourself with a little more consideration for yourself.

You will know that you have succeeded in fully integrating the BUILDER within you the day you can honestly say: ”  I put myself first in all areas of my life !”

May you say YES to integrating this luminous Energy into all your cells by REGULARLY visualizing it entering you through your ruling chakra (the 2nd – SACRAL) like a warm ray of sunshine that will invigorate your entire Being!!!

Meditation  :                 Activation of the Ruling Chakra

Settled comfortably in a position that allows me to breathe freely and deeply into my abdomen, I free my mind from all thoughts that could distract me or disperse my luminous energy.

Then, I take the time to visualize all the muscles in my body relaxing and all the recently accumulated tension disappearing as if by magic.

I then inhale deeply, visualizing the air entering my lungs, purifying and eliminating all the toxins stored in my body. And with each exhalation, I expel all the emotional residue that might have overwhelmed me or diverted me from my pursuit of daily happiness.

When I feel good, calm and relaxed, when I feel a certain lightness settling into my whole Being, I focus my attention on my ruling chakra, the one that connected me to my Soul Family at the time of my incarnation in this life.

I visualize that this energy center is actually a door and that this door now opens inwards, to welcome inside me a majestic beam of light bearing the color of the chakra in question.

Like a gentle summer breeze, warm and caressing, the Energy of Light enters me through this unique and privileged door, nourishing my ruling chakra, purifying and revitalizing it deeply.

My thirst for Love and Light makes my chakra become like the hose of a vacuum cleaner, absorbing all the energy it can in order to restore the proper functioning of this precious Vital Center.

The Energy of Light spreads within me and floods my entire Being. Every cell, every organ, every part of my body is submerged by an emotion of Joy and Exhilaration, generating absolute well-being throughout my body and creating a harmonious Fullness in every corner of my soul.

During this moment of pure happiness and total bliss, I feel surrounded by friendly and reassuring presences, who approach me to envelop me in love and convey their greetings filled with tenderness and respect.

My Soul Family joyfully celebrates this wonderful reunion, so long awaited. I feel surrounded, cuddled, protected, draped in magnificent wings of loving and caressing Angels, who come to me to cradle my soul and comfort my childlike heart.

I KNOW that I am part of this beautiful and great Family of Luminous Entities. That I AM one of them and that all recognize me as such: a spiritual brother or sister, united to them by the soul and animated by the same Essence… divine!

I also know that, from now on, I will never be alone again. From now on, whenever I feel the need, my Guardian Angels, my Guides and my Protectors, in short, the members of my true universal Family, are waiting for me behind the door of my ruling chakra.

I simply need to open this portal of Light a crack for all the Love they have for me to flow out within me and help to revitalize my entire Being. The veil that covered this chakra has disappeared for good, and I feel reconnected with my Family of origin, those who will help me remember WHO I TRULY AM: a DIVINE BEING, PERFECT, HARMONIOUS, AND BALANCED, HERE AND NOW AND FOR ETERNITY!
