The Quintessence Coaching method is based on the “Quintessence” of the main disciplines aimed at the well-being of the individual, namely: naturopathy, psychotherapy and holistic medicine.

This multidimensional approach is essentially structured around the “7 Keys to Inner Liberation,” based on the principle that “everything that happens externally is a reflection of what is happening internally.” It invites you to transform your life by shifting your perspective on the deeper meaning of the events that disrupt your existence, by listening to your intuition, the true Language of your Soul.

Quintessence Coaching is a holistic support method aimed at bringing out the full potential of an individual, a group or a community, by promoting a return to balance in all dimensions of their existence.

This approach stems from an in-depth study of psychotherapy as well as naturopathy, particularly through one of its specialized disciplines: Psychosynthesis.

From this perspective, Quintessence Coaching sessions are structured around 4 specific areas of intervention:

• Exploring the 5 dimensions of Being and the tools that promote their alignment on both the human and energetic levels.
• Identifying the governing chakra and reconnecting to one’s Soul Family (the one of which we are ambassadors here on Earth and whose specific properties and qualifications we must integrate within ourselves… to harmonize everything else)
• Understanding conflict patterns (or mechanisms of domination) as messages from the soul, and becoming aware of the possibilities available to us to overcome these primary survival reactions and transmute them into heavenly opportunities!
• The integration of the ultimate universal law of empowerment: “Everything starts with oneself”… It is therefore enough to change our perception of things for our external reality to be transformed!

Each appointment, lasting approximately 60 minutes, can be conducted either in person or remotely (via Messenger, WhatsApp, or Zoom). To facilitate the integration of the advice received, the conversation is audio-recorded and sent to you by email as soon as possible after the meeting.
